Easypark is a warehouse complex chain specializing in the development and construction of high-performance industrial properties. Founded on the principle that industrial spaces should combine functionality with exceptional design, we've created a new standard for warehouse park development.
With two successfully executed and fully operational complexes in Argentina, Easypark 1 (40 units) and Easypark 2 (55 units), we've proven our business model and validated the Easypark concept from both construction and investment perspectives. Both projects were completely absorbed by the market, demonstrating strong demand for our unique approach.
Easypark Punta Gorda marks our expansion into the U.S. market, bringing our proven model to Southwest Florida. Diego Blas brings over a decade of hands-on experience in industrial real estate development. Since 2011, he has been directly involved in the design, development, and execution of warehouse parks, initially building for third parties and gaining deep expertise in costs, design, operational efficiency, and financial viability.
After successfully developing two Easypark complexes in Argentina, Diego relocated to the United States with his family to focus exclusively on expanding Easypark as a development chain. In 2026, he launches Easypark's strategic expansion, selecting locations that offer exceptional ROI while satisfying unmet demand for modern, efficient industrial spaces.
